Refund Policy — Health Blue

We offer a 10-day refund policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Must include original packaging and proof of purchase

Note: Returns must be shipped to our return address once confirmed.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Item is defective
  • Item is damaged
  • You received the wrong product

We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized/custom items
  • Hazardous materials / flammable liquids
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items are final and non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
